James Rockow

James is a senior here at the University of Arizona majoring in Learning, Literacy, and Leadership and minoring in EMS and Sustainable Built Environments. He joined UAEMS in the Spring of 2021 and grew up in Flagstaff, AZ. Outside of UAEMS, James is the President of the University of Arizona Cycling Club. In his free time, he enjoys riding his bikes and traveling for cycling.
 
James says "My most valuable experience at UAEMS has been realizing the true difference we are able to make for our campus community as not only first responders, but often our patients peers. I have had countless calls that having a responder that is also a student at The University of Arizona has made a world of difference in the outcome of the call. " After graduating, James plans to apply to the Tucson Fire Department.
